New Member Still Owes Initiation Fee: Option 2 – Two‑Year Payment Plan

It appears you did not select an Initiation Fee payment option when joining WHSC. All new members are required to pay a one‑time, non‑refundable $300 Initiation Fee. Households with an outstanding Initiation Fee are not permitted to use the pool or club facilities, even if seasonal dues and infrastructure fees have been paid.

You must choose one of the two Initiation Fee payment options.

Option 2: Split Payment (Year 1 and Year 2)

Select this option to divide the $300 Initiation Fee over your first two years of membership.

• Year 1 payment: $150 due now
• Year 2 payment: $150 billed the following spring

Important Note: If you end your WHSC membership at any point in the future, any portion of the Initiation Fee you have paid is forfeited.
