The Infrastructure Fee is a dedicated contribution that supports capital improvements and long‑term maintenance of the pool and club facilities. It helps fund major repairs, equipment replacement, and upgrades that keep the club safe, functional, and in good condition for members.

How It Differs From Annual Dues

Annual dues cover the operating costs of running the club each season, including staffing, utilities, daily maintenance, and general operations.
The Infrastructure Fee is not part of annual dues and is not used for seasonal operating expenses.
