Private Event Base Fee: Party Pavilion Rental

Our Party Pavilion may be rented by members for private events.  After submitting the online event request form through our website, WHSC will advise if your requested date and time is available.  If so, select the $100.00 base rental fee here.

In addition to the Party Pavilion rental fee:

1. Party hosts must purchase a guest pass for each non-member guest in attendance (regardless of number) in the Guest Fee section above.  Guest passes are $5 for a single pass or $40 for 10 passes.  Guest passes must be purchased in advance of the event to facilitate check-in.

WHSC will finalize and confirm your event on our schedule, on receiving payment for the party pavilion rental and guest passes for non-member guests – if applicable.

To hold private events, members must be fully paid and in good standing.
